Job summary

Pickett, an ESP Associates company, is seeking a Manager of Engineering to lead transmission line engineering teams across the region. You will deliver high-quality, cost-competitive engineering services and mentor engineers.

You’ll drive business development, uphold SOLVE values, ensure safety, and manage project scope, schedules, and budgets while interacting with clients to build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering (required).
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification (required).
• 15+ years of related engineering experience (required).
• Project management experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of managing project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Effective communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).
• Ability to work safely and follow safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop engineering teams and regions.
• Support business development and grow the regional market.
• Ensure teams uphold Pickett’s values and code of conduct.
