Crescent Solutions is seeking a Principal Transmission Project Engineer to lead the design management of high‑voltage transmission line projects for wind, solar, and storage developments. The role focuses on coordinating with consultants and internal stakeholders from conception through execution.

You will oversee routing, scope, and deliverables, ensuring quality and timely delivery while coordinating with ISC, E&C teams and external vendors across North America. Travel within NA is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years of direct experience in HV transmission line projects.
• Strong knowledge of transmission design and project management skills.
• Ability to read one-line and three-line diagrams and related deliverables.
• Travel within North America required.

Responsabilités

• Manage design of transmission lines via consultants under supervision.
• Coordinate with Development, ISC, E&C groups on scope and route.
• Support bid/procurement deliverables and proposals.
• Ensure timely, quality deliverables (RFP, Issued for Bid/Construction).
• Present progress, issues and risk mitigation to management.
