Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Transmission Line Engineer to support projects in the U.S. This role involves detailed engineering from conceptual design to construction support for transmission line projects ranging from 69 kV to 500 kV.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree in engineering. Responsibilities also include preparing specifications and coordinating project teams to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• PE required or ability to attain after one year.
• 8+ years of experience in high voltage transmission lines design.
• Experience with lattice towers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of specifications and drawings for construction tenders.
• Coordinate design engineers and technical staff for project execution.
• Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure project success.
