Wynen's is seeking a Senior Transmission Line Engineer to lead high-voltage transmission line design within its Energy & Utilities Engineering & Design team. The role focuses on delivering safe, reliable line designs and coordinating across disciplines with a strong emphasis on client interfaces.

You will mentor junior engineers, oversee projects end-to-end, and collaborate with utility clients to refine requirements and deliverables, ensuring safety and quality throughout the design process.

Qualifications

• Experience in transmission line engineering and high‑voltage design.
• Proficiency with PLS-CADD or equivalent design tools.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and ability to mentor and review engineering work.
• Excellent collaboration and client-facing communication skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and mission-driven engineering outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Own transmission line projects end-to-end, from concept through construction.
• Develop safe, reliable, high-voltage line designs using tools such as PLS-CADD.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and coordinate technical activities across disciplines.
• Serve as a technical lead, providing guidance and mentoring for junior engineers.
• Communicate directly with utility clients to support requirements, design decisions, and deliverables.
