Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in actual hands on design work as it relates to transmission line design.
• Experience in EPC environment for cost effective designs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of transmission engineering including routing, conductor selection, and structure determination.

Responsibilities

• Generate cost effective designs for high voltage transmission lines.
• Represent the Engineering department in inter-department meetings.
• Attend meetings with customers to support Sales and engineering.
• Monitor progress to ensure schedule and budget adherence.
• Travel as required and perform transmission line engineering independently.
