PRINCIPLE SERVICES LLC in Texas is seeking a seasoned Transmission Constructability Planning Lead to bridge system planning and field execution. You will evaluate ERCOT-approved and internal transmission projects to identify construction options, sequencing and outage needs across multiple years.

Lead a cross-functional team, translate planning insights into actionable construction strategies, and optimize build programs while managing constraints and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze ERCOT Planning Stories to identify project scope, drivers, and regional impacts.
• Develop planning story documents outlining affected system components.
• Collaborate with Transmission Planning, Engineering and Construction to shape long-range buildouts for reliability and efficiency.
• Review portfolios to optimize sequencing and outage strategies across multiple years.
• Identify outage windows and interdependencies affecting constructability.
• Support 3–5 year build programs with constructability logic.
• Liaise between Planning and Construction to ensure scope handoffs align with field execution.
