Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Physics, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product development and sustaining engineering projects for coaxial, twisted-pair, fiber-optic, and hybrid cables.
• Apply electromagnetic and optical transmission theory to conductor geometry, dielectric systems, shielding, cabling, fiber selection, and termination design.
• Document design assumptions, risks, tolerances, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Applications Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, suppliers, and customers.
