Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking experienced leaders for Electric Transmission Senior Project Manager and Seller/Doer roles across the nation. This strategic growth opportunity focuses on developing client relationships, winning work, and guiding teams through siting, permitting, design and construction of transmission projects.

Location is flexible for the best-qualified candidates; multiple locations will be considered. Strong leadership and a proven track record in the transmission market are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of account management, business development, and regulatory permitting in the US.
• Proven client relationships in the transmission market with a track record of winning work.
• Strong knowledge of planning, permitting, design and construction for transmission facilities.
• Experience leading projects and programs to on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture client relationships to grow transmission projects.
• Lead or advise on proposals, cost estimates, and technical approaches.
• Build and mentor multi-discipline teams across locations.
• Collaborate nationally to identify and develop project teams and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project milestones.
