Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Translational PK/PD Scientific Associate Director in Boston to lead model-based decisions across discovery and translational programs. You will integrate diverse data, build PBPK/QSP platforms, and help shape translational strategy for dose projections and human pharmacology.

The role requires advanced degrees and hands-on experience with PK/PD modeling in biologics/peptides, plus expertise in experimental design and statistics.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics or related field (Masters/PhD/PharmD).
• Hands-on translational PK/PD modeling using standard software for biologics/protein therapeutics and/or peptides.
• Strong skills in experimental design and statistical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as expert PK/PD modeler in cross-functional teams to inform decisions on dose prediction and discovery.
• Integrate in vitro and in vivo data to build PK/PD/PBPK/QSP platforms for drug disposition and pharmacology.
• Collaborate to design studies and modeling plans to optimize drug candidates and translational strategy.
• Guide automated workflows for modeling platforms to inform human PK/PD and dose projections.
• Provide scientific guidance to junior colleagues.
