Qualifications
- PhD, PharmD, or MD with 6+ years in pharma or equivalent; translational/precision medicine experience required.
- Strong background in immunology with publication record.
- Experience leading translational science and biomarker projects in a matrixed environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and implementation of translational and biomarker strategies across clinical programs.
- Oversee design, conduct, interpretation, and reporting of biomarker activities.
- Coordinate sample management, assay validation, and data management with internal and external partners.
- Author translational medicine sections of development plans, protocols, and regulatory documents.
- Lead scientific collaborations with key opinion leaders and cross-functional teams.
