Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a PhD/MD/PharmD with 6+ years in pharma, with strong immunology expertise, assay development experience, and collaboration skills for regulatory and publication activities.

Qualifications

• PhD/MD/PharmD with 6+ years in pharma or equivalent setting.
• Strong immunology background with publications.
• Leadership in translational science and biomarker development.
• Experience with PD, predictive, and exploratory biomarkers; assays a plus.
• Data management/visualization; collaboration with computational biologists.

Responsibilities

• Lead translational and biomarker strategies for clinical programs.
• Oversee design, conduct, and reporting of biomarker activities.
• Lead asset-specific translational projects in a matrixed environment.
• Coordinate sample management and assay validation with labs/CROs.
• Integrate budgets, timelines, and regulatory needs into strategy.
• Author and review translational medicine sections of docs.
• Lead external scientific collaborations with KOLs.
