CARING TRANSITIONS in Snohomish County is looking for a Senior Transitions Specialist to assist seniors with downsizing, decluttering, and move management in Mill Creek, WA, and nearby neighborhoods. The role emphasizes hands-on, independent work with a friendly team; shifts are typically 9am–3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with local travel as needed.

Candidates should excel in customer service, be comfortable using everyday tech, and be capable of lifting up to 35 pounds while keeping safety

• Provides exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack/unpack and stage/resettle client household items.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Caring Transitions is growing, and growing fast. We're building a highly-selective team of senior transitions specialists to support senior citizens with downsizing, decluttering and move management services in Snohomish county. This isn't a role for someone looking to punch a clock. We're looking for people who want to grow with this company, not just work for it.

Job Description: The Senior Transitions Specialist role is part of a team providing excellent customer service to Caring Transitions customers in Mill Creek, WA, and the surrounding areas. Within a customer’s house, you would be responsible for sorting, organizing, taking photos for online auctions, boxing items for pick up and shipping, and other similar activities. At Caring Transitions, no one is above the work. If donations need to be dropped off, supplies need to be hauled, or the trash needs to be taken out, you step in. Leadership here means rolling up your sleeves and taking initiative to complete daily tasks independently, often without direct supervision.

This job offers a flexible schedule with a standard shift from 9am - 3:30pm (M-F).

Physical/Environmental Requirements:

• Walking and/or standing in varying weather environments both inside and outside the home in cold and heat with varying weather conditions
