Job summary

Caring Transitions in Mill Creek, WA is seeking a Senior Transitions Specialist to support downsizing, decluttering and move management for senior clients. You will work as part of a team handling sorting, organizing, packing, shipping, and helping with online photo documentation.

This role offers a flexible schedule with a standard shift from 9am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with opportunities to grow within a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent training required.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Teachable, focused and self-motivated.
• Proactive by nature – always anticipating what the project needs.
• Comfortable with everyday tech – iPhone, Mac, Google, and photo/note apps.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Professional attitude and demeanor.
• Experience in the fields of general labor or warehouse helpful.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greets clients with a smile, receives orders, processes payments and responds appropriately to customer issues
• Operates cash register or point of sale devices as needed
• Prompt and regular attendance onassigned shifts
• Communicates in a positive manner with clients, peers and Managers
• Provides exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack/unpack and stage/resettle client household items
• Other duties may be assigned as needed
