Hitachi Rail GTS USA LLC. in New York, NY seeks a Senior Project Scheduler/Planner to develop and maintain complex project schedules for infrastructure and transit projects in NYC.

You'll use Primavera P6 and other scheduling tools, coordinate with project teams and stakeholders, and ensure schedule integrity, reporting milestones, risk analyses, and EAC variance across multiple contracts. The role requires strong communication and the ability to manage >1,500 activities, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of scheduling experience in complex technology projects, with at least 3 years in New York.
• Expert level in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Advanced Excel and CPM/project controls knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and monitor schedules in P6 per standards.
• Coordinate with local teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure compliance.
• Provide reports and KPIs including EAC, EV, and labor forecasts.
• Support bids by developing schedule narratives and bid-level schedules.
