Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction or transportation infrastructure.
• Proven leadership on large-scale projects (rail, transit, highway, bridge, or tunnel).
• Experience with design-build, CM/GC, or alternative delivery methods.
• Strong client-facing experience with public agencies (DOTs, transit authorities, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead construction execution for large-scale transportation infrastructure projects ($100M-$2B+)
• Serve as a primary interface with clients, agencies, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, risk management, and quality control
• Support design-build and alternative delivery project execution
• Manage and mentor construction management staff and field teams
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and contractual requirements
• Drive project performance, issue resolution, and successful delivery outcomes
