Hollstadt Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-department transformation initiatives in a hybrid Minnetonka setting. The role covers scope, milestones, and governance across business, technology, and product teams to deliver strategic outcomes.

You will drive end-to-end program management, including budgeting and risk management, in a fast-paced payer-focused environment with strong executive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex cross-departmental programs.
• 3+ years of managing large project budgets in excess of $1M+.
• Healthcare experience in payer environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-departmental transformation projects aligned with strategic plans and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee end-to-end project performance including timeline, budget, and delivery quality.
• Coordinate with Business, Technology, Product Management to align multiple ARTs and divisions.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications; escalate where needed.
• Drive governance, milestones, and critical path updates with stakeholders and leadership.
