The Transformation team is responsible for delivering programs and projects within the EQ Transformation Business change portfolios. This is necessary to meet the group’s strategic growth and development objectives/priorities while keeping with governance standards. Priorities include, but are not limited to, Rightshoring, technology migrations, product development, regulatory changes, client and customer data migrations, business acquisitions and system integrations and upgrades.
