Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Sr. Transformation Manager to own the FSS Academy strategy and deliver scalable, AI-enabled learning experiences that align with transformation goals.

You’ll collaborate with L&D peers and leadership to translate priorities into engaging, outcomes-driven programs and communications. You will focus on execution, innovation, and continuous improvement of learning experiences, partnering across Finance, Compliance, and Legal to drive measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (at least 3 years) in roles related to enterprise learning, transformation, or product management.
• Experience owning a portfolio or academy with end-to-end lifecycle responsibilities.
• Experience presenting strategies, recommendations, and performance insights to senior leaders.
• Experience defining metrics, interpreting data, and using insights to guide priorities.
• Experience applying instructional design methodologies and working with authoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Own FSS Academy vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to transformation goals.
• Design learning pathways, programs, resources, and communications.
• Translate priorities into scalable learning solutions and product requirements.
• Lead adoption strategies and measure impact across engagement and outcomes.
• Define success metrics and drive continuous improvement through insights.
