Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Sr. Transformation Manager to own the FSS Academy strategy, experience design, and content portfolio. You will translate transformation priorities into engaging, scalable learning experiences and drive adoption with AI-enabled learning solutions.

You will partner with L&D and leadership to deliver high-quality programs, measure impact, and continuously improve the portfolio to align with business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Demonstrated track record in digital transformation and learning design.
Experience defining metrics and using insights to drive priorities.
Experience presenting to senior leaders and managing portfolios.

Responsibilities

Own FSS Academy strategy, portfolio, and governance.
Design learning experiences and programs aligned to transformation goals.
Translate priorities into scalable learning solutions and product requirements.
Lead launches and adoption strategies for FSS Academy.
Partner with L&D to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
Define success metrics and measure impact across engagement and outcomes.
