Job summary

Success Academy Charter Schools is seeking a senior leader to solve the organization’s most ambiguous operating problems. You will facilitate senior leaders, drive root-cause analyses, and steer alignment on actionable next steps. You’ll lead Lean/Six Sigma practitioners and shape the PE strategy and roadmap.

The role blends diagnosis, facilitation, and clear communication to executives, translating insights into decisive action in a fast-paced, mission-driven education system.

Qualifications

• Executive facilitation and influence: lead senior stakeholders through ambiguity to a clear root cause and path forward.
• Comfort with ambiguity: shape and scope problems not pre-defined.
• 8+ years leading structured problem-solving or transformation in complex orgs.
• Coaching and talent development: build and grow cross-functional teams.
• Experimentation mindset: promote learning through controlled risk.
• Structured problem-solving frameworks: Lean, DMAIC, Daily Management, Kaizen.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate to root cause: diagnose workflow impediments and organizational friction with senior stakeholders.
• Influence executive leadership: distill complex problems into a clear narrative and drive decisions.
• Drive change: lead problem-solving sessions to improve processes and cross-functional alignment.
• Own the PE roadmap: develop the PE roadmap with senior leadership aligned to priorities.
• Promote PE tools: evolve Standard Work, Problem Solving, Daily Management and Kaizen practices.
• Partner on strategy execution: support Policy Deployment and Daily Management initiatives.
• Develop talent: grow the PE training program and coach practitioners toward certification.
