Verizon is seeking a seasoned Transformation leader for the Verizon Business Group (VBG). The role focuses on large-scale initiatives to improve revenue, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.

You will engage with executives to plan and execute programs that meet financial targets, guiding teams and stakeholders while leveraging Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, and AI/ML concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six+ years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work and/or military experience or specialized training.
• Experience as a team leader or change agent.
• Data storytelling experience.
• Consulting experience skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Experience influencing key stakeholders through relationships, expertise, and data.
• Project management experience and skills.

Responsibilities

• Ideating, designing, and developing large, cross-functional transformation initiatives to increase revenue, reduce expenses, and improve customer experience.
• Leveraging critical thinking to understand business challenges and design new solutions.
• Delivering Lean Six Sigma and Design Thinking to assess current state and develop business cases.
• Crafting actionable recommendations to executive leadership through data-driven analysis and storytelling.
• Collaborating to build analytic solutions and integrate AI/ML into decisions and processes.
