Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required with experience in higher education or enterprise transformation.
• Ten years of relevant experience in transformation, analytics, digital modernization, or related fields.
• 8+ years in management or leadership roles.
• Proven track record leading complex transformation initiatives and change management.
• Strong ability to translate data insights into strategic actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead USC Advancement's transformation strategy and roadmap across people, processes, data, technology, structure, and operating models.
• Advise senior leadership on long-range transformation priorities and capabilities needed for future success.
• Direct development and adoption of data, analytics, and AI capabilities to support donor engagement and fundraising.
• Establish governance, KPIs, and operating rhythms to monitor progress and value realization.
• Provide leadership for the Transformation team and oversee cross-functional, multi-year initiatives.
