Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; combined education/experience may substitute.
• 12+ years in advancement operations, development services or related fields.
• 10+ years of management leading multi-function teams with enterprise scope.
• Expert knowledge of advancement services, fundraising operations, and governance.
• Strong knowledge of transformation, data governance, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for advancement services, business operations, information management, and analytics.
• Lead enterprise governance, policies, standards, and service strategies.
• Manage senior leaders and align units with enterprise priorities.
• Drive long-term transformation to modernize operations and service delivery.
