Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in business or related field.
- 10+ years in higher education, enterprise transformation, analytics, or related areas.
- Experience leading complex transformation, change management, and program delivery.
- Experience with data visualization, modeling, and KPI definition.
- Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise transformation strategy and roadmap across people, data, tech, and operating models.
- Advise senior leadership on priorities and capabilities for future advancement.
- Drive governance, value realization, and change-management across USC Advancement.
- Partner with Advancement IT and university partners to enable data-driven decisions.
