Skills And Competencies

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy and operations, or a similar role, preferably with exposure to the financial services and/or technology sector
• Proven ability to independently lead strategic transformation initiatives and manage complex, cross-functional workstreams from problem framing through implementation
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex quantitative and qualitative data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
• Exceptional executive communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling presentations and facilitate workshops for C‑suite and Board‑level audiences
• Demonstrated ability to build consensus and drive accountability across diverse groups of technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience designing target operating models, governance frameworks, and change management strategies that translate recommendations into sustained outcomes
• Strong project management skills with the ability to develop and maintain project plans, identify risks, and elevate blockers proactively
• Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands‑on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, STEM, or related field required

Responsibilities

Lead high-impact transformation initiatives for Moody's Analytics by partnering with senior stakeholders across the enterprise to identify, prioritize, and deliver sustainable value.

• Independently lead one or more strategic transformation initiatives or major workstreams, driving end‑to‑end delivery across all phases
• Clearly frame current state challenges by synthesizing complex quantitative and qualitative data to distill the need for change
• Articulate option sets and recommendations for a path forward, weighing impact, effort, and timelines to inform decision‑making
• Assemble and coordinate cross-functional teams, building consensus and ensuring accountability across a diverse set of technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Translate content and recommendations into compelling presentations for C‑suite and Board‑level audiences
• Facilitate executive-level workshops and meetings to align stakeholders and secure senior leadership buy‑in across the organization
• Design target operating models, including governance structures, process design, and review cadences
• Conduct stakeholder roadshows to socialize changes and disseminate best practices across the enterprise
• Monitor initiative performance and adoption against defined success measures, partnering with business owners to ensure recommendations translate into sustained outcomes
• Develop and maintain project plans to drive progress and elevate potential blockers in a timely manner

For US‑based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $98,800.00 - $143,350.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full‑time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
