Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analytics or BI.
• Demonstrated ability to develop business cases and complex models.
• Advanced Excel and hands-on BI tool experience.
• Proficient SQL; Python or similar scripting for data prep.
• Ability to explain methods and results to stakeholders.
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/ERP planning and data warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business issues into analytical questions, data requirements, and decision criteria.
• Own transformation business cases including baselines, investments, benefits, risks, and timing.
• Build financial and operational models for revenue, cost, cash, and productivity.
• Perform diagnostic, scenario, and driver-based analyses to support decisions.
• Partner with Finance and leaders to validate assumptions and refresh models.
• Extract, cleanse, transform, and analyze data from multiple enterprise systems.
• Develop trusted data models to support forecasting and performance management.
• Identify opportunities for predictive/AI approaches in transformation priorities.
• Design and maintain portfolio dashboards and ELT reporting for executives.
• Standardize metrics and calculation logic across initiatives.
