Job summary

RSM is seeking a dynamic Transfer Pricing Supervisor to join our growing international tax team in Boston or New York. You will play a key role in planning, executing, and directing transfer pricing projects and will supervise staff to ensure engagements are completed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Economics/Accounting/Business/Finance and is pursuing or holds a CPA/JD/Enrolled Agent.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Business, Finance, Mathematics or related field.
Active accreditation such as CPA, JD, Enrolled Agent or alternate approved certification is preferred.
Minimum of four years of progressive tax and transfer pricing experience in public accounting, consulting, internal roles, or academia.

Responsibilities

Play a key role in supporting client engagements from start to finish, including planning, executing, directing, and completing tax and transfer pricing projects and managing to budget.
Supervise, train, and mentor staff on tax and transfer pricing projects and assess performance for engagement reviews; perform in-charge role as needed.
Evaluate and advise clients on intercompany transfers of tangible goods, intangible property, services, and loans with financial analyses of multinational and domestic entities.
Prepare and analyze financial and economic data for tax and regulatory compliance using MS Word, Excel, and various statistical packages.
Review and analyze GAAP financial statements.
Interact with client management to gather information, resolve transfer pricing issues, and recommend business/process improvements.
Assist in business development and go-to-market activities.
