Job summary

Responsibilities include supporting Treasury and Trade services, processing L/Cs, and solving client issues, while mentoring teammates and coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/university degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and communicate clearly.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience in a fast-paced operations or financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytic and administrative support to securities-related functions.
• Open and amend Letters of Credit (L/Cs), process payments, and resolve issues.
• Offer guidance and onboarding support to new team members.
• Coordinate responses to internal and external clients and vendors.
• Align team activities with broader business objectives and risks.
• Contribute to development of new techniques and processes in the area.
• Lead ad hoc projects as required.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws, policies and regulations.
