Wintermeyer Ventures in Eagle, Idaho seeks a senior transactional attorney to independently manage a portfolio of business law matters and help grow the firm's transactional practice.

You will handle drafting, negotiations, and closings for contracts, buy-sell agreements, and corporate structuring, while leading private M&A diligence and deal execution. Idaho-licensed attorney with Westlaw experience preferred.

Formación

• At least 10 years of transactional or business law experience with independent end-to-end matter management.
• Experience in M&A, tax, or land use law with familiarity leading diligence, structuring, and deal closings.
• JD from an accredited law school and an active bar license transferable to Idaho.
• Strong client communication and responsiveness in a law firm setting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage transactional matters from drafting through negotiation and completion, including contracts and corporate structuring.
• Lead small-to-mid-sized private M&A transactions through diligence and closing.
• Advise clients on tax structuring, land use entitlements, zoning, and real estate transactions.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on complex matters and coordinate with litigation colleagues when disputes arise.
