Responsibilities

Lead the legal workstream on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, minority investments, collaborations, and joint ventures from strategy through post-closing integration.
Draft, structure, and negotiate a wide range of complex commercial agreements including purchase, JV, licensing, and technology agreements.
Lead transactions involving Ford’s global supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
Counsel senior management on transaction risk, governance, and execution strategy; present recommendations to executives.
Develop templates, playbooks, and precedent libraries to speed and improve transaction delivery.
Manage, mentor, and develop attorneys and legal professionals, coordinating cross-functional teams worldwide.
