Job summary

Ryan LLC seeks a Transaction Manager, Tax in Plano, TX with a CPA preference and 5+ years of related experience. Hybrid schedule includes three days in- office and two days remote.

You will manage sales and use tax filings, audits, and tax compliance for international subsidiaries, while coordinating with vendors and CPAs. You’ll collaborate across finance to ensure accurate tax reporting, exemption management, and monthly reconciliations, benefiting from strong growth and GAP-friendly work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required or equivalent.
• CPA preferred.
• Five+ years of related experience; public accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and Workday is advantageous.
• Hands-on, team-oriented approach is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead outsourced sales and use tax filings, plus related analysis.
• Coordinate exemptions certificates and monthly tax reviews.
• Support audits of international subsidiaries with CPAs.
• Monitor and reconcile taxes payable accounts monthly.
• Manage state transaction tax and VAT/GST filings.
• Coordinate tax software maintenance and upgrades.
