Job summary

Blue Coral Staffing Corp. is seeking a Transaction Advisory Services Leader with a strong background in public accounting and mergers & acquisitions to guide complex buy-side and sell-side engagements.

You will lead engagements, drive executive discussions, and manage teams while cultivating relationships with key clients and strategic acquirers in the market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of public accounting experience with a concentration in mergers & acquisitions.
• Ability to build relationships with centers of influence, acquire Transaction Advisory Services business through self-generated efforts, and work with other internal client-facing professionals to identify opportunities.
• Extensive financial modeling, valuation methods, and due diligence experience required
• Proven history of success leading and executing client transactions
• Ability to explain complex, technical concepts to clients and team members
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Lead buy-side / sell-side transaction advisory engagements
• Drive discussions with senior client executives & management
• Manage team members on engagements
• Cultivate relationships with key clients via strategic pitching & business development initiatives
• Review target company financial information and other data to identify historical/projected financial / operating / commercial trends, Quality of earnings, and working capital / net debt considerations / potential liabilities
• Develop operational insights utilizing data & analytics in order analyze the drivers of profitability and evaluate key risks and opportunities of a company
• Draft transaction advisory reports specific to key issues such as normalized earnings, achievability of management’s budget, operational insights, indebtedness considerations, and post-transaction working capital analysis
• Develop professional network and relationships with firm, clients, and target professionals
• Generate & manage pipeline of new business from investment bankers, private equity firms, and other strategic acquirers

• Compensation: base salary range $200,000 to $300,000 (commensurate with experience) plus bonus & incentive potential plus benefits
• In-office / On-site position

Summary

The Transaction Advisory Services Leader will be pivotal in identifying opportunities and guiding clients through complex buy / sell-side transaction advisory engagements.
