Job summary

Baker Tilly US is looking for a Manager to join their Transaction Advisory Service team in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. The role focuses on providing due diligence and transaction advisory services, working alongside firm leadership to deliver exceptional client service and build strong client relationships.

Candidates should have over 5 years’ experience in a large accounting firm in relevant areas, with excellent communication and organizational skills. A CPA is preferred but not required. A comprehensive compensation package is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction service lines.
• Certified public accountant (CPA) preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Data gathering, document review and preparation of quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for both buy side and sell side transactions.
• Communication with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional client service.
• Support the growth and development of team members.
