Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years’ experience in audit, financial advisory or transaction service lines.
• Successful candidates should hold a relevant bachelor’s degree.
• Certified public accountant (CPA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data gathering and document reviews for quality of earnings reports.
• Perform financial analysis of target companies.
• Ensure exceptional client service during due diligence processes.
