The ideal candidate will have over 5 years' experience in a large accounting firm, excellent communication skills, and a relevant degree. We offer a competitive salary range of $126,000-$182,000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction service lines.
• Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on driving initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Data gathering and preparation of quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for both buy side and sell side transactions.
• Participate in various marketing and recruiting activities.
• Support the growth and development of team members.

Skills

5+ years experience in large accounting firms

CPA preferred

Excellent organizational skills

Intermediate modeling and Excel skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Education

Relevant bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related
