Job summary

Armanino LLP in El Segundo, CA is seeking an experienced Transaction Advisory professional to join our team. You will perform financial due diligence, prepare Quality of Earnings reports, analyze working capital, and assist with buy-side and sell-side engagements for private equity and corporate clients.

You'll leverage strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and US GAAP knowledge to assess risk, develop valuation inputs, and deliver clear, actionable reports.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or another business-related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a public accounting firm or operational accounting role.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with a diverse set of colleagues to serve clients in financial due diligence with tax and advisory diligence.
• Conduct Financial Due Diligence, including Quality of Earnings reports and balance sheet reviews.
• Prepare financial statements, typically in connection with acquisitions or restatements.
• Assist the Manager with buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements.
• Analyze target company data to identify financial trends and risks affecting valuation.
• Create tailored transaction advisory reports on earnings, inputs, and indebtedness.
• Lead and manage projects while coordinating directly with clients.
• Supervise and mentor staff with timely feedback and training.
