Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems seeks a Principal Engineer - Technical Services to join the Roy, UT team supporting the Sentinel program. The role focuses on analyzing training needs, designing technical courseware, and delivering SCORM-compliant materials.

Responsibilities include creating varied learning products, employing AD DIE, evaluating with Kirkpatrick and Phillips models, and collaborating with SMEs to close performance gaps in multiple Air Force specialties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Instructional Systems Design, Instructional Technology or similar.
• Experience applying ADDIE and other training development models for technical disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze knowledge and skill gaps to identify training requirements and develop learning solutions.
• Design and develop training products across online, in-person, hybrid modalities.
• Create instructor-led sessions, microlearning, interactive courses, and on-the-job programs.
