Prescient Edge is seeking a Training Specialist III to support a federal government client in Washington, DC. The role involves planning, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs across multiple modalities.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in education/psychology or a related discipline, 10 years in curriculum development, and at least 1 year hands-on SeaVision experience, with the potential for travel and remote work as required.

Qualifications

• 10 years professional experience in curriculum development.
• 1 year hands-on experience with SeaVision, in either operational or training context.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise training and development programs for employees and external customers.
• Plan and develop training plans and materials.
• Identify training needs and assess programs for effectiveness.
• Coordinate delivery across learning modalities, including on-the-job, classroom, and e-learning.
• Issue completion certificates and track participant progress.
