Your role

Do you have a passion for delivering impactful training? Are you an engaging and effective communicator? Do you have a proven track record of success in wealth management? We are looking for someone like you who can:

  1. Lead the facilitation of our wealth management training programs in the Wealth Advice Center.
  2. Deliver high-impact training sessions to financial advisors and leaders at all levels, both in person and virtually.
  3. Facilitate interactive learning experiences, including group discussions, role-playing, exercises, and case studies.
  4. Adapt training delivery style to meet the diverse learning needs and preferences of participants.
  5. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to participants to enhance their skills and performance.
  6. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), including senior leaders, compliance officers, and product specialists, to identify and analyze training needs.
  7. Assist in developing and implementing the training strategy for the UBS Wealth Advice Center that aligns with our business strategy and priorities.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, managers, and financial advisors.
  9. Evaluate and listen to Financial Advisor calls monthly.
  10. Address training-related inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.

The UBS Wealth Advice Center (WAC) is a team of wealth management professionals dedicated to providing financial solutions and quality advice and guidance to emerging affluent clients.

At the WAC, we combine our digital tools with highly trained financial advisors to offer an industry-leading hybrid digital advice model. Founded in 2007, the WAC has developed into a national platform that delivers advice to 200k+ clients, with over $20B in AUM.

Your expertise

  1. The ability to commute to the Charlotte, NC office 5-days a week.
  2. Obtained a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  3. Series 7, 66 licenses; Series 9/10 licenses a plus.
  4. Ideally, 5+ years' experience in training and development, with a strong focus on sales and leadership development.
  5. Excellent at presenting and communicating at all levels.
  6. Resourceful in leveraging internal and external sales and support desks to facilitate training needs.
  7. An excellent problem solver and collaborative team player.
  8. An individual that demonstrates self-confidence and the ability to maintain composure in challenging environments.
