• Ensure proper execution of the client experience for UBS Wealth Advice Center's emerging and core affluent clients; serving over 250 Financial Advisors, approximately 300,000 clients, with assets totaling around $20 billion.
• Inspire and guide your team towards achieving shared goals through performance reviews and ongoing feedback.
• Coach and develop Financial Advisors in platform knowledge, institutional benefits (including equity compensation and defined contribution plans), research, tool usage, retirement planning, and business excellence training.
• Drive and execute business initiatives aligned with the WAC’s growth plan.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership and Financial Advisors to foster a high-performance growth culture.
• Supervise daily office functions and oversee call center operations to ensure optimal performance.

Your team

The UBS Wealth Advice Center, located in Weehawken, NJ, and Charlotte, NC, provides advice and guidance to emerging affluent clients through a hybrid digital client experience. Serving over 200,000 clients with a team of more than 300 professionals, including Financial Advisors and Client Service Associates, the center focuses on delivering excellent client service and building strong relationships.

Your expertise

• SIE, Series 7, 66, and 9/10 licenses.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Proven success in managing teams or similar roles.
• Knowledge of institutional benefits, including equity compensation and defined contribution plans.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a desire to foster an established culture.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strategic thinking and professional articulation.
