The State Accounting Office in Georgia seeks a Sr. Training & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate training for adult learners across in-person and virtual formats. You will build scalable instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning content with a focus on measurable outcomes.

You will lead content development using Articulate Storyline 360, coordinate schedules, support LMS functions, and partner with stakeholders to improve learning programs across the agency.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum: High school diploma/GED with five years of area-specific experience, including one year in a lead/supervisory role.
• Preferred: College degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience with instructor-led training and eLearning content development is highly desired.
• Familiarity with Articulate Storyline and various learning modalities is required.
• Knowledge of ADDIE methodology and learning technology tools is a plus.

• Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training with measurable outcomes.
• Develop instructor-led and eLearning content and materials for multiple modalities using tools including Articulate Storyline 360.
• Coordinate training schedules, facilitators, data staging, materials, communications, and logistics; perform producer role for instructors.
