Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in nursing, social work, nutrition, gerontology, or related field is preferred.
• Experience in long-term care regulation and staff development is valued.
• Ability to supervise and design training programs for field surveyors.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of field surveyors and guide staff in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate regional training programs for surveyors.
• Coordinate training field experiences and ensure timely completion of evaluations.
