Job summary

NES Fircroft seeks an experienced Trainer III to design and deliver end-to-end training programs for safety and oil and gas field operations. This role owns training planning, curriculum development, logistics, and delivery across instructor-led and eLearning formats.

You will coach internal subject matter experts through train-the-trainer sessions and mentor junior trainers, ensuring content stays current with processes and tools. Strong communication and field exposure are valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating and delivering training curriculum.
• Strong communication and public-speaking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail with problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Oil & Gas experience required (safety/field exposure preferred).

Responsibilities

• Build and execute training programs based on project requirements.
• Create training plans, curricula, and supporting materials (guides, job aids, assessments).
• Deliver instructor-led training sessions.
• Develop and deliver eLearning content.
• Coordinate training logistics (scheduling, materials, readiness).
• Provide train-the-trainer support to internal SMEs.
• Maintain and update training content as processes/tools change.
• Troubleshoot training issues and recommend improvements.
