Job summary

RigUp, Inc. is seeking an experienced Trainer to develop and execute comprehensive training programs for oil & gas projects. The role involves creating curricula, coordinating logistics, and delivering both classroom and e-learning sessions.

You will also provide train-the-trainer sessions for internal experts and mentor junior trainers. The position requires strong communication skills, safety-oriented mindset, and ability to travel to field locations with necessary PPE.

Qualifications

• Curriculum creation and delivery
• Experience in training
• Safety and/or O&G experience preferred (1-3 years)
• O&G experience preferred
• Field experience preferred
• Strong communication/public speaking skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Safety oriented
• Good troubleshooting and analyzing skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive training efforts based on project specifications
• Develop training plans, curriculum, logistics, courses, and materials
• Conduct instructor-led classroom presentations
• Develop and deliver e-learning courses
• Provide train-the-trainer sessions for internal SMEs
• Develop or update training plans
• Supervise and mentor lower level Trainers
• Travel to Midkiff as required
• Travel to the field with proper PPE/FR as needed
• Work varying schedule and hours
