Job summary

HNTB Corporation is seeking an experienced Engineer to lead transportation projects, develop calculations and reports, and mentor junior staff. You will coordinate with clients and project teams to deliver designs that meet schedules and budgets on major infrastructure programs in Florida.

The role emphasizes technical excellence in traffic engineering, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and applying industry standards across multi-project engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with relevant experience
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles
• PhD in Engineering considered for senior positions

Responsibilities

• Produce and modify design calculations, technical reports, plans and specs
• Lead discipline delivery on complex, multi-disciplinary projects
• Mentor junior engineers and review team work
• Coordinate with clients and partners to meet project schedules
• Assist in marketing responsibilities and proposal generation
• Ensure adherence to scope, schedule and budget
