Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) is required or by licensure path.
• Minimum 5 years managing civil engineering projects; 6 preferred.
• Proven ability to manage scope, budgets, schedules, teams and client expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate project teams to deliver high-quality work within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage project execution, including scopes, budgets, schedules, risks, deliverables, and resources.
• Provide technical leadership and quality oversight for project documents and calculations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary team members, clients, agencies, and stakeholders to maintain alignment.
• Build trusted client relationships through responsive communication and sound judgment.
• Support business development with scope development, proposals, and client engagement.
