RK&K is seeking a Project Delivery Leader to join our Traffic team in Charlotte, NC. In this senior role, you will manage various transportation projects and mentor traffic engineers while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Your responsibilities include conducting traffic studies, utilizing simulation tools, and collaborating with public agencies for successful project execution. With over 15 years in traffic engineering and a civil engineering degree, you will support our growth in the southeast region.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in traffic engineering.
• Experience with NCDOT guidelines and traffic safety.
• P.E. license or ability to obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

• Utilize traffic simulation tools for modeling.
• Mentor and supervise traffic engineering staff.
