Ideal candidates will have over 15 years of experience in traffic engineering, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in traffic modeling software like Synchro and VISSIM. Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive experience in traffic engineering.
- Experience with NCDOT Congestion Management and Transportation Planning.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) or ability to obtain within six months.
Responsibilities
- Lead a variety of pursuits and projects related to transportation.
- Supervise and mentor other traffic engineers.
- Prepare high quality traffic reports and technical presentations.
