Qualifications

• Over 15 years of progressive experience in traffic engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) or ability to obtain within six months.
• Experience with NCDOT Congestion Management and Transportation Planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead traffic studies and develop high-quality traffic reports.
• Utilize traffic analysis tools for modeling and simulations.
• Mentor and train traffic engineers, ensuring quality deliverables.
