Qualifications

• At least 15 years of relevant work experience.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience.
• Traffic Engineering, Planning and Design experience.
• ITS Planning and Design experience.
• Safety Planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all line organization functions assigned to the department.
• Lead traffic engineering and ITS-related strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
• Draft and review scopes and fees for new department projects.
• Serve as project manager on key department projects.
